Lastiver is located in the Tavush region, half of which is covered with forests and rich in rivers. The largest of them is Aghstev. One of its significant tributaries - Khachakhbyur, leads to the beautiful corners of Ijevan, to Lastiver. & Nbsp; The cave is located on the slope of a steep gorge, and to get to it, people were forced to build a staircase from logs laid on top of each other. This structure resembled a raft, and the people called the cave Lastiver , which in Armenian means up the raft.
